All of the Knowllence Users have access to a specific Customer Service Space where you will find :
- details about the software updates and access to download
- a knowledge base that reponds to questions, videos and tips around software and best practices
- pockets guides and documentations
- access to our support and hotline service
You can create as many accounts as needed in the Customer Service Space: supervisors, users, IT services, etc. There is no limit (included in Service Contract)
