Why attend this webinar?

Would you like to:
🔧 Improve defect prevention on your production lines,
🚀 Or enhance and strengthen your existing Process FMEAs (generic or specific) based on observations and feedback from real-world experience, this webinar is for you.
While joining us, you will discover the key principles of the Reverse Process FMEA approach, along with recommended actions and tools to implement in your projects.

What is Reverse PFMEA?

Reverse FMEA /  Reverse PFMEA / Reverse Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
Introduced by General Motors in 2010 in its Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs), this concept has been extended to other key OEMs such as RENAULT, STELLANTIS, FORD, and other automotive suppliers in the last few years.

How does it work in practice?

You step out of the meeting room, suit up, and head directly to the shop floor to observe the workstations firsthand!
This approach enables technical teams to become actively involved in operational risk analysis.
By leveraging quality feedback from the field and analysing the workstation under real conditions, teams can ask the right questions and effectively update their Process FMEAs.

This webinar will be co-hosted by:

– Ms. Valérie Le Couëdic, Technical Director, EURO-SYMBIOSE (TRIGO Group)
– Mr. Thomas Vieille-Petit, FMEA Software Project Manager, KNOWLLENCE
