Boosting engineering management implementation

The TDC software will help you implement an engineering management support for functional analysis or risk assessment. This support will also be used by the facilitator during the work sessions.
In order to boost these engineering data gained through experience, TDC Portal helps you handle and publish the studies on your intranet. More than this, TDC Portal software helps your employees involve in their mission, inputting some parts of the studies or performing specific action, whilst you TDC license remains available.

User friendly interface

The TDC Portal interface is similar, whatever the engineering data management software it is used with.

No specific training is needed for its use, except a common use of a browser.

Study publishing

TDC Portal allows study publishing and dispatching on multiple formats: MS Word, Excel, Adobe pdf, etc. The user only views the documents for his/her intention. The user can sort and filter the documents, for instance so as to view all documents, the new ones only, or those relating to such project, etc.

Task Management

TDC Portal enables every recipient to view his/her tasks: the new incoming ones, those that are late, filtered according to their progression. Every recipient can change the progression of the given task.

Input actions and complete studies

TDC Portal enables risk control action completion, functions characterization charts additionally to functional analysis tools, off workgroup meeting:

The data entered via the Portal are then controlled and imported by a duly authorized user into the TDC software suite files or into a Starter Edition software.
They are distinctively identified thanks to the traceability feature: date, author name, TDC Portal origin.
Summaries can be viewed: i.e.: TOP 5 list OF RPN for FMEA studies.

Data changes and consistency management

All the data entered via the Portal are automatically exported into the study file and historically ordered consistently with usual management of TDC software traceability feature. Reading or change access rights can be fine tuned, even on parts of the study only: for instance: actions done can be input in FMEA-like charts whilst keeping the re-quotation rights.
